Kevin Fehling's cooking is similarly kinetic, moving across global references with the confidence of a chef more interested in rhythm than rigid geography. The plates can be playful, luxurious and technically dense, but the format keeps the experience unusually alive. It is polished Hamburg dining with the distance removed.
