The Table turns fine dining into a piece of theatre before the food even lands: one long, curving counter, an open kitchen and a room that makes every diner part of the same performance. Kevin Fehling's cooking is similarly kinetic, moving across global references with the confidence of a chef more interested in rhythm than rigid geography. The plates can be playful, luxurious and technically dense, but the format keeps the experience unusually alive. It is polished Hamburg dining with the distance removed.
